Has anyone taken an Australian truck driving test? I've been in contact with an Australian about swapping motorhomes. His is a 30' bus conversion that requires an Australian truck driving license to operate. He says it would take about a week to take the written and driving portion. I am a little concerned about taking a truck driving test on the opposite side of the road immediately upon arrival in the country. Anyone have any experience with this that could offer advice? I'd hate to travel halfway around the world with plans, only to be thwarted by a driving test failure.
