I just replaced the auxillary water pump and suddnly the climate control unit works perfectly and then the control unit shuts down everything inclusing the fan!?!? Car has to be turned off to reboot and get unit working again for a couple of minutes?

This has been a nightmare. What might cause this? Vacum is supplied to the hot water valve to shut it off and in all oither respects everything seems normal?
