I disagree with his comments about brake fluid flushing, though. Brake fluid is NOT in a 100% sealed environment. Water does work its way into the system over time and you do need to flush the system of the moisture - not to mention the small rust particles that develop throughout the system.

However, if you've been changing your oil as you said (Mobil 1 every 5k) then flushing your oil system is as useful as brilloing a spotless pan.
