Quite a good article there, and I was not under the opinion that water was the sole/major contributor to brake fluid contamination and systemwide corrosion. I always believed it had to do with the brake fluid itself breaking down over time, and its inability to prevent corrosion. It appears the latter half of that is definetly the case, and the former isn't because the fluid itself goes bad but rather that it becomes contaminated.
