I dropped the suit off on my way out of town and used the nice approach. I didn't get any results other than the owner passed my cell number to the "wholesale' cleaners that does their work. That kinda pissed me off on top of the fact I am now going to be without the suit I needed for this event.
The line of BS that this idiot gave me,
"There was a 'lolly pop' sewn into the waste band of the slacks that melted during the cleaning process. We have reprocessed them and stretched the suit back to its original size as well..."

So, apparantly someone has broken into my house, removed the stitching in the waste band of these slacks (that I keep deep in the closet) and sewn a "secret lolly pop" into the wasteband. Now I'm getting a bit paranoid. The secret stash was not there last time I had them cleaned and I have worn them since.
Maybe its a conspiracy.

I'll go pick the suit up tomorrow and drop it off at the Goodwill.

I figure I will be contacting the BBB and looking for another cleaners.
Oh well...
