Well, we have already discussed this topic last year. It turns out that the startac has lots of different versions that you can't see from outside because they all use the same case.
If you don't want to buy the startac from MB, (I would understand it) go for a Nokia hands free unit it will cost you about 800 to 900$ without installation (not difficult to install it anyway). I must tell you that I don't really like those hands free units due to their limited life. I change my GSM phone very often (like 3 to 6months). I still keep my old Nokia 2110i because the handsfree unit is desighed for that unit only and it would cost me thousands to change the kit everytime I change my GSM...
I have opted for the other type of handsfree unit now which is the cable headphone version, it works perfectly but well it can't replace the superb feeling of the handsfree kit
