going back to my shifting down 2 gears at 60 mph problem, this has always been the case for all the years i have owned the car, my car changes from second in to third at just under 65 mph so i still want the box to drop 2 gears at 55 at the latest. since rebuild it wont drop 2 gears above 40 which takes me below my power band. I would say it was better before i had the work done.
About the valve body, would it not be normally taken out and checked when the box was stripped or is it a seperate unit ?
