I'd save my money until I got those dragging brakes fixed, then I'd purge it with Lubro-Moly and adjust valves, clean out ALDA, measure boost and make any adjustments to wastegate, change fuel filters, etc. Basically use all cheap/free options up before I got into those injectors. If you're driving around on dragging brakes though none of that will help, and you're pointlessly using more fuel than you need to be. Definitely fix those brakes first.
One footnote- I got Colorado Biodiesel rebuilts and they're awesome. So awesome I got an extra set. I think TomJ probably uses Bosios now in his rebuilts? However I'm not sure about that. Might be worth asking. Nobody adjusts to finer tolerance than he.
