On the other hand the dental field is great! You want a Ferrari? Become a good dentist, I know a few and they really make good money. In my area $100k-$300k a year no problem. If you own a practice you can bring in $1m a year!
Going through all the schooling is hard, and costs a fortune, and after you get out you suck wind for a few years. But when your about 30+/- wow you clean up!
As you are studying for tests and all your friends are partying away, or majoring in basket weaving. Just remember you will be driving to work in a new S550 wearing a $1k+suit.
