Run the numbers: $110/cleaning, 3 hygenists@8-10 cleanings per day, billing clerk, patient accountant, receptionist......Assload of overhead and a lot of work. This isn't why I took a permanent leave of absence, btw, but it is not the ticket to riches--the numbers just aren't there. Endodontics or oral surgery if you are into mouths.
