It depends on which songs you afre referring to, I think
But...he is also going to be one of the most unpleasant/borderline nasty singers you 'd ever want to face in a concert. (He's a legend in his own time and a legend in his own mind) Only Sly & the Family Stone and a few others are more indifferent to/contemptuous of their audiences.
Dylan has been through some changes we would rather forget (Slow Train Coming, etc) but his early works, pre 1967, show him to be a musical genius of the first order whose fame in rock history is assured. He is truly one of the all time great rock legends

Again, nothing against the Byrds, but if you listen to the Byrds sing Tambourine Man then you never get to hear Subterranean Homesick Blues
# She Belongs To Me
# Maggie's Farm
# Love Minus Zero/No Limit
# Outlaw Blues
# On The Road Again
# Bob Dylan's 115th Dream
# Gates Of Eden
# It's Alright Ma (I'm Only Bleeding) &
# It's All Over Now, Baby Blue
I would compare that to a buying a postcard of the Mona Lisa or going to The Louvre.........
