SZ 190 16V:

You need a new thermostat. It is stuck in partial open and it is a common failure mode.

I have replaced three thermostats in three MBs I have owned. None lasted more than 70 kmi.

After a new stat, the temp should go to 80 - 90 in a few miles of driving and that is good for the car as this is the operating temp.
