it turns out that when the mityvac is put on the main hose I am getting around 20. I also found out my door locks are leaking bad somewhere because I can turn off the car when I hook it directly up to the main line but if I put it through the 4 rubber joint I can't it to turn off.
Next step get new main vacuum line and start looking my doors the old fashion way....
