A thread on another forum suggests that ATF+4 can be used in place of MB dealer fluid for 722.6 transmissions.

They cite that Chrysler LX models use the same transmission, and ATF+4 is specified for use in those transmissions. If so, then we have a low cost substitute for the expensive dealer fluid.
