I took out the “change dish” (or whatever the heck it’s called), and replaced it with a wooden panel the same size. I have both my boost and EGT gauges there (oriented vertically, angled at the driver). I still have the ash tray drawer, but have taken out the tray, and use it as a very lame cup-holder…
