The 30 amp strip fuse is in a small case about 1" by 1.5" by 1" inboard of and lower than the fuse box. Difficult to see in a light colored car, impossible in a dark colored car.

No need to touch the glove box to replace the blower motor.

Be very careful with the porcupine. They're expensive.

If you test power to the blower motor, be aware that one wire has constsnt +12V and the other wire is regulated between +12V (blower off) to 0V (blower full). IIRC the min blower setting is a signal of about 7V.
