Good problem to have - what is plural of Mercedes?
Until recently I owned only a single Mercedes. Now I own two. With that change I encountered some verbal stumbling when I was trying to refer to my two in the plural. “Mercedeses” just sounded silly, as did “Benzes” (although it seemed a step up from “Mercedeses”). “Mercedi” (long I) sounds kind of cool. “Benzi” (again, long I) sounds like a medicine for something pretty nasty. So I’m still stumbling over this one. What is the plural of Mercedes Benz?
Thanks.
