If you DO start a Paypal account, DON'T answer ANY of the Emails you get that ask for your password. They are PHONIES and they will have a page that looks exactly like Paypal. Paypal will NEVER ask you to submit your password on any emails they send you.
Any time Paypal emails you, they will address you with your first and last name. The phonies do not.
