Oh man, I suprised you haven't heard about this. He was driving down a road in his Dodge Ram pick-up (owned by Chrysler, promo vehicle) crossed a double line to pass another vehicle, hit and killed a 52 yr old man on a moped. He was driving while suspended from a DWI in N.C. Was above the legal limit when he killed the guy. They got him on felony DWI, felony driving while suspended and felony vehicular manslaughter. Happened about a month and a half ago.
All reports are that the cops did everything by the book on this one.
