The W124 five-link rear suspension is very similar, if not identical to, the 210, 202, 203, 208, and a few others as well. The subframe, sway bars, etc are different but most of the five links are the same.
Other than the rear suspension NO, the 124 and 210 are totally different animals and share almost no parts.
