go to the appropriate information source for this used car sale (the dealer) and behold a wealth of information/education should be available (this is an eventuality)

if the issue is pre-purchase non-disclosure by the selling dealer, there are remedies for that as well

some deals are too good to be true, hopefully this is not one of them
