There's a fueling station at the grocery store where I work. Every so often we'll get a dishonest trucker that'll try to short us when delivering fuel so someone has to go out there with them while they empty the tanker, usually me. I sign the paperwork for the fuel and we've had several fill-ups of ULSD but we've still got the stickers on our pumps. I think my boss just forgot so I'll have to ask him about it. I never fill up anywhere else so I don't know about the rest of the stations around here. I also have been getting the same mpg as before, about 23-24 depending on how hard I push it.
