So he told because this are 2 diferent claims it may work out good

but we will se tommorow when the AAA adjuster comes out whatever he say TOTAL is not a option im not signing it.

Definitely fight to have it fixed! From the pics, the body seems pristine. You've got updated rims, etc. you obviously look after the car. If the adjuster is fair, he/she will notice this. I don't see them writing it off for this, esp. since the claims are separate.
