When you say "lose" the clutch you mean its going all the way to the floor without much resistance? I am fairly certain this is what you mean I just want to make sure its not a clutch disc/throwout bearing wear issue.

If you are properly reverse bleeding the system then one of your replacement parts is defective. Id start with the MC first since this is the first thing you had replaced.

Honestly I think your not bleeding it properly. If its a closed system and the plungers are relatively new then that pretty much leaves only one other issue and that air in the system.
