car: 1997 E420 (W210)

1: i found this part in the driver's door compartment, where does it belong? must've fell out and the last owner put it there. Part # 210 919 08 20







2: this part has no # on it, I found it dangling on top of one of the vacuum lines underneath the engine cover. what is it and where does it go??
