perhaps bush will now say that the war was all rummy's fault. and can now move on and get us out and leave rummy to take the fall for the war.

so bush looks wise and responsive to the voters.

and everybody is happy except rummy who just was doing his bosses bidding (i suspect) and the die hard war backers.
