Tank is not empty till its empty.... My car actually gives me a "line of credit".
I drive it into negative some times.
Over all the last 10 thousand were prety tough. Head gusket, waterpump and other litle stuff.
I don't drive it as much now, World Trade Center was a midpoint of my morning comute, now instead of going around it I take a subway through the city.
