I always turn off my CD player before I turn off the ignition switch. Yesterday, I turned the stereo on, and the radio started to play. The factory installed control unit would not recognize the CD palyer (pressing the Mode button). I checked the connections in the trunk, checked the fuses, and I ejected (still worked), reloaded all the CDs and inserted the CD tray - which loaded normally. Any suggestions of prior experience?
