i'd do the following at the minimum:

engine oil & filter
air filter
cabin air filter
new coolant (and inspect all rubber hoses)
brake flush
spark plugs
fuel filter
inspect brakes & replace rotor and pads if necessary
inspect serpentine belt & replace if necessary

for 12 yo car, do these as well if haven't done already
new ATF (OEM MB), new AT filter
new differential (mobil1 75W-90)
