Crazy. I've heard other German mfrs have similar restrictive agreements with Garrett, etc. So, when someone needs a new actuator for their turbo, you can't buy it. If you listen to the stealer, complete replacement is the only option

There's a very good BOSCH shop in Portland OR. I'd contact them prior to do anything rash.
