I also agree with ProV1. This covers the basics. Like Will said - filters and fluids. I'm sure we could dream up a few more minor things to do. I can't think of any adjustments outside of the Bowden cable, which affects shifting. The dealer adds on things, like perhaps lubing the hood hinge and cleaning the drain holes, then packages everything with an inflated price.

If you can do it yourself, you'll probably spend no more than 1/3 of the cost for parts and effectively have the same service.

If it's out of warranty, and you don't want to do it yourself, definitely find an indy and forget about the dealer.
