E-bay is the best chance for finding them. I got my 617.95 manual for $5.00 because the seller didn't know how to call attention to it through key words in the listing and they had it in the wrong category. Otherwise they typically go for about $50-$75. I got the two volume set for the 126 Chassis for about $50.
They are frequently out there. Just set up a search and be patient.
