so i removed the cover on the back of the alt, then removed the two screws (flat head screw driver btw) over what I think is the voltage regulator (different numbers showing than the numbers on the volt reg from fastlane, which i already purchased).
but then i was having a hard time removing it, it seemed like something else was holding it in place. i started to pry it out, but it started to bend and it felt like something was going to break if i forced it, so i stopped so i could go catch the train to work.
Is there some trick to getting the volt reg out of the alt?
