If it looks old and the fuel is still flowing fast then one of three things is going on.
1- Their tank is really clean and so it their fuel.
2- They gutted the inside of the filter so it NEVER slows down, or filters for that matter.
3- The filter has such a large particle size rating that it is only catching the chunks.
