The trans front seal is a common issue with the 722... it's about a $7 and will spend about a day swapping in your driveway or 3-4 hours on a lift @ $80/hr so maybe $350 tops by my numbers.

You can't really compare a 140 to a 126, the suspension is FAR more advanced on the 140...
