You're probably right, but I'm a little apprehensive about the whole thing.
I've had the opportunity to touch a breast implant, and they don't feel natural.
I can just imagine grabbing her rear, and instead of a big handfull of softness, my hand would be squeezing a saline bag.
It just doesn't work for me.
