Mine failed at around 75,000 miles. Is this common? Has anyone had this replaced under warranty? Should there not be a 100,000 mile emissions warranty on this car? My dealer said no when it started to act up at around 60,000 miles. I had my private mechanic replace it when it failed. Should they reimburse me? Do I have a legitimate beef?
