Dragging Brakes

No matter what I have tried to do, the brake is always dragging. I compare the left side with the right and can find no difference. I am sure I put everything back the way it was before. I am thinking it is the brake cylinder possibly. I have had the car for 20 years, and had never changed it. The brake fluid was extemely dirty and I flushed it out and put new fluid in. I drove it for 30 miles the other day, and I could feel the hub cap was warm to the touch. I don't want to drive it until I solve the problem. Any help well be appreciated.
How long has it been since the rubber brake lines were replaced? They tend to swell inward, choking off the fluid in the wheel cylinder. My 67 230 did that.
