Hey I have a friend with a 90 300se that will not start! He went out to the garage to start his car......nothing happend!

I have not checked the car yet......but he says the fuel pump is running and there is fuel at the distributor and he has blue spark!

He has not checked the the rotor button yet, but he did tell me that the plugs were wet......and they are crappy autolite platinum death

The car will not hit on gas put down the air horn or starting fluid!!!!
