3500 is about right.

The seller I bought my car from wanted 3800.00. I talked him down to 2700 and then on the bill of sale he put 1700.00. If the Shop says nothing is wrong i would offer him 3000 to 3300. If there are some things wrong then I would offer anywhere from 2000 up to 3g's depending on what's wrong.

I think you can grab the car for 2500 to 3300.
