I once hauled 50 flats of shotgun shells from Austin to the gun club....folded down the back seats and stacked them in with plenty of room to spare. The SLS leveled out and off we went. I could feel the extra weight and see the effects on my fuel mileage, but the wagon still handled good.....just had to allow a bit more stopping room.

As much as we love our TD's, I am told in Europe they are what all the plumbers drive...just a work horse!
