Wouldn't surprise me a bit if Bush was planning on retiring in Paraguay, where security would be much more affordable (to supplement his lifetime Sec. Service) and where he would much less accessible to the hoards of Americans who are going to want to dump buckets of shYte on his head (or worse) for the next 30 years.
