I agree that it would have been better to find one with no mechanical problems. The things I listed I thought were fairly minor. Wear items, not neglect. The low miles and strong engine really attracted me especially compared to the junk I have seen out there. I went ahead and did the fan clutch and belt/tensioner. The other things are not as critical.
I guess something has to be said for one's time too. I have looked at so many and realize that combination of low price, good condition/low mileage is very hard to find. Thanks for your comments and kind words.
