I have 15K wvo miles on my 84 300D (5cyl turbo), it runs quieter/smoother on Veggie power. I get about 23 mpg, don't forget converting is one part but you must filter and dewater your veg. oil well also. I built my own two tank system, I use the stock tank for veggie a hose in hose (3/8" alum. fuel line inside 3/4" coolant line, a heated filter and a 16 plate heat exchange and a switching valve to select Diesel/veggie (I added a 6 Gal. marine tank to the trunk for my diesel tank, only used to start up and shut down on) . I would check out the Biodiesel infopop sight along with Frybrid and Greasecar forums.
