Thanks

Both front engine mounts are new, there was no noticeable difference in fitting them. Gearbox was just rebuilt and new "flex disc(s)" fitted (the rubber propshaft couplings you talk about) - I'm not sure how many were replaced but they're in ok condition. This didn't make a difference either.

How do I check the subframe mounts? I'm still confused about why the bang is there at low revs but not at high revs!?
