Yes, regarding closing the door. I even tried with and without the interior light dimming. I did not find the reset procedure in the ops. manual so I asked the dealer.

Regarding the dealer, the service guy told me he did not know how to do it. The Service Manager didn't care about getting the answer either.

I recently met the tech. supervisor who seemed ok maybe I will stop by and talk to him.

(btw, about two months ago one of the two catalytic mufflers failed at approx. 40k miles. I asked them to replace both similar to headlight theory. The answer was "no." Guess what the car just had replaced. )
