Yup, just like Sixto showed you. Go to a Kragen or any parts store and look for orings.. I lucked out and the guy just gave em to me.
Good luck, I hope this fixes your problems.
BTW make sure the new orings aren't too thick. Mine were a bit thicker and I had a hard time screwing the bolt into the filter.
