Look around, good used deals are out there to be found. I got my USP40 compact, very lightly used (less than 100 rounds), with night sights and 6 hi-cap mags for 6 bills. I far prefer the USP40 compact to the P2000, although both guns are nearly identical. For me the big difference is in the rear sight. My USP has a narrow notch (great for fine accuracy) while the P2000 has a very wide notch (which is great for combat shooting). I prefer to be accutely accurate in combat.
