1995 e320--using test light with headlight switch ON-no power to fuse #3(park/tail light right,illumination :lic plate,instrument,control elements) or fuse #4 (fog light,rear fog light)..... if I jump (with headlights on) from fuse#8 (park/tail light left) to #3 or #4 everything works as it should .---my guess is faulty head light switch???? any help would be appreciated
