I just heard from my contact and he says as far as he can remember that the bulbs on our model of climate control are only replaceable by opening the case. I'll have a look at my CC unit this evening and see if that's an easy or hard proposition.

It's very likely that if you have to go into the case to replace the bulb that MB isn't going to offer the bulb as a part. However, there are literally TONS of sources on the web for bulbs to repair items like this - Mouser electronics is a good example (www.mouser.com).

I'll let you know what I find out.
